The Vermont Castings Grill Heritage Collection
The Heritage collection of the Vermont Castings grill features 3 [VCS300ES or VCS300SS] and 4 burner [VCS400ES or VCS400SS] stand alone grills as well as a built in grills [VCS300BI and VCS500BI]. The designator ES indicates black front panel, cart doors and facia. The SS designator indicates stainless steel front panel, cart doors and facia. The 300 series of grills has VCS300 has three burners, 37,500 BTUs and 630 square inches of grilling space, the 400 series has four burners, 50,000 BTUs and 630 square inches of cooking space as well as a 15,000 BTU side burner. The VCS300BI and VCS500BI grills are built-in versions available in either three or five burner styles, with up to 62,500 BTUs and up to 937 square inches of cooking surface, with options for a rotisserie kit, smoker box, and side burner.
The Vermont Castings Grill Classic Collection
The Classic collection of the Vermont Castings grill offers the VCS2008, VCS2018, and VCS2038, VCS2507, and VCS3517 models. A key feature of the Classic collection is the availability of several colors of limited edition porcelain enameled lids. These are especially important in matching any décor. The 3 burner grill is called the Master, the 4 is called series the Chef, and the 5 is called named the Grand.
